Installation Starts With a Ready Property and a Coordinated Plan.
We coordinate delivery and site installation for property owners, manufacturers, and project managers across California.
HUD-Code ADUs
Modular / Factory-Built ADUs
Permitted Tiny Homes
State-compliant manufactured housing units requiring specialized site preparation, access verification, and utility planning.
Modular residential units needing aligned crane logistics, trade sequencing, and precise utility interface planning.
Permitted tiny homes and park models requiring site research, delivery access review, and staging coordination.

Property Research & On-Site SiteWalk
Before delivery is scheduled, Property Research and an On-Site SiteWalk are required. We confirm zoning and allowed use, document setbacks and site conditions, and evaluate utility locations, access corridors, staging areas, delivery paths, fire constraints, and jurisdiction requirements. Every project receives a clear written responsibility matrix.
Our 5-Step Installation Process
Research the Property
Walk and Document the Site
Define Scope & Responsibilities
Coordinate Readiness & Delivery
Verify zoning overlays, permitted uses, setback constraints, and local agency requirements before planning begins.
On-site analysis of slope, access corridors, utility points, staging zones, and fire safety constraints.
Establish a clear written responsibility matrix detailing tasks across trades, owners, and manufacturers.
Align earthwork, utility rough-ins, transport timing, rigging equipment, and site protection measures.
Site Readiness Coordination
Delivery & Placement Coordination
Utility & Inspection Coordination
Managing preliminary site prep, grading and drainage alignment, utility route clearing, staging area setup, and trade sequencing.
Overseeing transit scheduling, crane and rigging logistics when needed, crew positioning, site protection, and manufacturer guidelines.
Connecting licensed specialty trades, scheduling agency inspection sequences, tracking corrections, and achieving closeout.
Single-Point Project Management Option
For complete peace of mind, select single-point coordination from preliminary research through final closeout. Please note that final scope depends on home classification, manufacturer documents, approved plans, and local requirements.
