Pre-Development Consulting and Project Management for ADUs and Factory-Built Housing in California
Frequently asked questions
You've Got Questions. We've Got Experience.
Q: Do I need permits to install a tiny home or manufactured ADU?
A: Generally, we can provide A-Z permitting services, but, every site is different. We install to code — what happens after is up to you.
Q: Can I use your team if I already have a home purchased?
A: Absolutely. We work directly with builders, dealers, and private buyers.
Q: What foundations do you install?
A: We coordinate the foundation system required by the approved plans and home classification. For HUD-code manufactured homes, this may include engineered PowerFrame or AnchorBrace systems. Site-built ADUs and conventional homes use the slab, stem-wall, or other foundation specified by the project engineer.
Q: How long does installation take?
A: Most HUD-code manufactured-home setup work takes approximately 1–3 days once the site, foundation, access, utilities, permits, and inspections are ready. Total project duration varies by site conditions, approved plans, trade sequencing, agency schedules, and required corrections.
Q: Do you install in high fire zones or rural mountain areas?
A: Yes. We specialize in complex, remote, and off-grid installs.
