Permitting Success!

This is so exciting, it's so good to see my crew working so hard to accomplish such a monumental task. It took a lot of effort getting this permit issued and the project started but through our great team of staff, contractors, engineers and our own crews, we are very proud to say we successfully permitted the first Tiny Home on wheels in the City of Fresno! Allie is definitely happy about this ! Another first for ContractorDave and Crew!!  and the Tiny Home Movement! The County of Fresno allowed this Park Model RV/Tiny Home to be permitted and installed with the proper engineering and building codes once again we can proudly say we have successfully permitted the first Tiny Home on wheels in the COUNTY of Fresno! 

This one was by far the most challenging project yet. Not only was this a Park Model RV home which Elk Grove has not approved for ADU use, we also had to crane the home into the customer's backyard.
